Debbie Roseberry-Odom's
Garden
315 Tanyard Branch Road, Gainesville
Debbie's 3-year old garden, which was
professionally designed and installed by Appalachian Landscape Management,
is this year's recipient of the 2004 Chamber of Commerce Residential
Beautification award. We're very proud of Debbie and of her garden,
which features beautiful stone retaining walls and planters and boulders
scattered throughout the garden to enhance its features. There are
several shade gardens, with over 100 hostas and 30 types of ferns sharing
space with perennials. Ponds, a dry creek bed, an antique Egyptian
gazebo and waterfalls will enrich your journey through the garden.
Take refuge on one of the flagstone patios, then inspect the greenhouse
where Debbie winters all her tropicals. The garden is watered by a
pump system from the lake and stays lush and green throughout the summer.
